Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have (14) days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return process, please contact us at office@nvmbrs.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you, as the returnee, is responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges, taxes, duties, etc. related to returns. NVMBRS is not and will not be held responsible for any return shipping and/or packages not received, lost, missing, delivered to an incorrect party/address, or for any other returnee/carrier errors, omissions, and/or delays. Any return request after the 14-day return policy period may only qualify for store credit - up to (30) days upon your original order being delivered, otherwise return delays beyond (30) days will result as a final sale with no return, store credit, or refund.

Exchange Policy
Due to the nature and quality of our items/products, we do not accept exchanges.
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return for exchange or refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within (10) business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
